Position Description:
1.Manage calendars, meetings, and coordinate on detail arrangement.
2.Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, presentations materials.
3.Assist in performing general administrative duties including call screening,mail processing, travel arrangements, expense reports, File management;
4.Team building organizing.
Position Requirement:
1. English major is preferred, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (at least CET 6 or above)
2. Good communication skills, be able to process work flexibly, good at management and coordination;
3. Initiative and proactive on work, strong sense of responsibility, good conduct, has a global consciousness;
