Key Responsibilities
1.Arrange schedule for visitors from China HQ, AP, Germany and other major customers.
2.Organize for the monthly and quarterly meeting, writing meeting minutes and follow up the implementation of the meeting.
3.Prepare presentation, reports, gathering and summarizing data and all document for business meeting.
4.Keep and supervise the use of contract seal, legal chapter, some licenses and certificates.
5.Assist with tasks, objectives or requests as specified by the General Manager.
Skills Required
1.Minimum 2 years work experience in multi-national corporations;
2.Bachelor’s degree;
3.Good computer skills in PPT & EXCEL;
4.Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;
5.Excellent Written English, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured report;
6.Skillful in interpersonal relationships;
7.Willing to work under time pressure;
8.Energetic and highly motivated team player.
