The HR Intern provided quality HR compliance and administrative support on a part time basis to the HR TA(talent acquisition)team clients and teammates. Interns are responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support to HR generalists and consultants on various projects.
Main tasks:
-Support the whole cycle of recruitment including: assisted in CV searching and screening, interviews arrangement, and candidate meeting etc.
-Recruiting system maintenance: candidate info input, new position established,talent pool updating, etc
Qualifications:
-Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
-Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
-Proficient in Word, Excel, and e-mail
-Detail oriented
