Responsibility:
1. Set up and review recruitment system, policies and procedures to support business expansion effectively.
2. Recruitment channel, vendor management, budget preparation and management.
3. Provide channels, tools and etc. to support HR BP’s efficient recruitment.
4. Co work with HR BPs to monitor recruitment progress, identify issues and provide solutions.
5. Lead recruitment related projects to further improve recruitment efficiency.
6. Be responsible for key positions’ recruitment.
7. Act as HR BP to corporate functions.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Fluent in English.
2. Over 5 years Solid recruitment experiences. Medical industry experiences will be an advantage.
3. Recruitment management experiences will be preferred.
4. HR BP experiences will be a bonus.
5. Very good in communication and coordination.
6. Systematic thinking, aggressive in action, can deliver result quickly even with limited resource.
