ACCOUNTABILITIES:
·           Reading, sorting, and responding to correspondence
·           Translation and interpretation on documents or biz meetings
·           Planning and scheduling meetings, travel, conferences, and phone calls
·           Preparing visa, travel arrangement, tickets/hotel booking, calendar management, reimbursement, meeting arrangement, etc.
·           Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems and computer databases
·           Drafting memos and business reports
·           Running errands as needed
·           Assist in organizing company activities such as team building/outing activities
·           Support on the annual budget planning, forecast and monitoring
·           Coordinate internal/external meetings/visits
·           Maintaining department contact list
·           Maintaining basic office equipment and restocking inventory of office supplies
·           Supporting hardware/software expense claim
·           Supporting senior executive working expense 
·           Supervising lower-level clerical staff and delegating tasks appropriately
·           Other tasks/projects assigned

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge: 
The candidate should be rapidly understand the requirement and be capable of providing consistent accuracy service to the director. He/She should have the ability to communicate well with personnel from different departments/level.  Assistant experience in software engineering is desirable.

Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 + years’ related experience in assisting directors or GM
