Position Description
Purpose of the Position:
Deliver administrative service to the whole company in an effective way to support positive work environment for the whole organization.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Effectively organize company events such as Annual Dinner, Sports Day, Family Day, etc. to contribute to the positive work environment.
Manage canteen service supplier to ensure that good quality and hygiene food supplied each meal from the canteen.
Provide transportation solutions for relevant employees based on company policies and guidelines to ensure the daily transportation service maintained in a safe way.
Liaise with Corning Regional Headquarter for communication initiatives and other regional initiatives such as value deployment, CSR programs, etc.
Coordinate and control the office supply which includes stationary, drinks, tissues, cleaning goods, etc. and always continue on the improvement.
Ensure office equipment work properly such as fax machine, copy machine, etc. to facilitate efficient work environment for employees.
Oversee the clinic operation and launch health programs to promote employee health awareness and habits in order to reduce sickness leave.
Record and approve employee phone bill based on current policies and guidelines.
Manage instant recognition and small gifts.
Coordinate office 7S inspection.
Propose the budget plan for administration and control expenses in a good way.
Visa/work permit, etc. application for visitors and/or expatriates
Be the contact point in CSCL on communications initiatives (including but not limited to regional newsletter, poster, community activity, Corning China website update, etc.)
Update Admin policies and procedures.

Education & Experience
College degree
Minimum 5 year Experience in providing administrative support, preferably in manufacturing environment
Previous experience in multi-national environment preferred

Well organized and be attentive to details
Good skills working with employee with various background
Resourceful in organizing events and complete assignments within time and budget
Good communication skills – both oral and in written, including English
Organization acumen
Good project management skill
Fluent in English communication orally and in written
Good interpersonal skills to work with customers
Able to prioritize multi-tasks
Sense of continuous improvement
