• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)t{_ltiUw 
• Labor contract management for employeesQ@0Sg?*f 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor ^}{]9:g q 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archivea$vrF2 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Well organized and be attentive to details;t dVj: 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;}>$z<o  
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English 4'iVG[mc 
• CET-6SiI2+K_(H 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) ;Z=ZI,?E 
• Bachelor degree5H"MAIZ; 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  7gX6Y^6"; 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferred0s= i~y
