• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)5JdA5z/ 
• Labor contract management for employeesTw$r TK$R 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor 7ZI;vn~' 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archive_!;FYNr 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Well organized and be attentive to details;Quz=E 
• Good skills working with employee with various background; .?4f $y 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including EnglishCmM>_Y6I 
• CET-6r6; H8 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) qXnK~kb#m 
• Bachelor degreeNdI0N%^1s 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  Up zvi2 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferred+<P'U"
