• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)=aLX)J]A 
• Labor contract management for employees*G#nNO9Vp 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor Ac,@e,!yN 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archive "p:cafl& 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Good skills working with employee with various background;|]x0u9Av5H 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including EnglishD$%$HY(~

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) ^"P~Bi[ 
• Bachelor degree1H1s5<4RB 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  %#F<_Wdw 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferredlDYDoe=
