Purpose of Position                                                                                                         K&k^c 
• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)@9=Jo 
• Labor contract management for employees{_ *e2 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor (~Lq<mfc 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archiveoVRpH8 7[ 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Well organized and be attentive to details;IzVDS=N[q 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;/9E v0[VM7 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English1w7 dktf 
• CET-6X&)evq  
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) G;YTH 
• Bachelor degree_;ax+kGR 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  V !qt|wem~ 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferred3I!F /t47
