• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)%v(o,-a 
• Labor contract management for employeesE>U%Ad/ 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor ZyQ[M_pA} 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archive) 8ly] @_ 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Good skills working with employee with various background;b^ "g( 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English $Os]^

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  EQ;8Zvc
