Purpose of Position                                                                                                         5uv( 
• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)w~t_u y`B} 
• Labor contract management for employees7#fkS8O 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor ?9 64A 6 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archivegV ',:~n 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Well organized and be attentive to details;&Cl'#sQ> 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;rr1*70?I 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English qc%nJ.6 
• CET-63;],9^hE 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Bachelor degreeMX?KL}l:P 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  ,$8lj^o 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferred`RP\>GxK
