Purpose of Position                                                                                                         %kcJ~ 
• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)z.R%> 
• Labor contract management for employeesG> R-4* 0P 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor {@3z `PyOf 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archivesY;nSer2> 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Well organized and be attentive to details;eE><lV= 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;7kq$j-3 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English$f@g-l 
• CET-6*6u:FX3]  
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) :XMdNn_| 
• Bachelor degreeb| u0 k 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  vD#P-B81 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferred$ 1'M}qL
