Purpose of Position                                                                                                         <^ XuK: 
• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)~x,JHEUY 
• Labor contract management for employeesYO4SKL  
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor LZ :"hVY 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archived=2NA\8a 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management 

Education & Experience  hk*qf0Q 
• Well organized and be attentive to details;!E>pYe' 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;Y,qL2S(` 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English3N20 2z 
• CET-6'z tu-i 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) ,!\xhRrY 
• Bachelor degree"E( )o 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  X$LP>fjkU  
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferredC6Pvn.
