• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)Wte4}XG  
• Labor contract management for employees9=Ak^ jah 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor })5tt 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archive#JxLd]!hg 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management 

Education & Experience  ` (;5oK 
• Well organized and be attentive to details;'cL-/Q[ 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;g4>;v  
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including EnglishlPiLx

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) {D]0nhtW 
• Bachelor degree~Ph O,c 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  SuMVhG}l4 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferredXz:] D
