• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.) p(N>XKR\b 
• Labor contract management for employeesag3UwToio 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor G\-O)Zht) 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archiveW.<iaNP_# 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management 

Education & Experience  #O[AX,VA 
• Well organized and be attentive to details;Eg$*&! 5+ 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;)2eZ7v3dK 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English $n.>l2iZ 
• CET-6/>a%t\vl-C 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) );%7,$#j 
• Bachelor degreeIZL?E 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  ba5Hxij#
