• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)*3p u<Iz1 
• Labor contract management for employeesRE4!td k 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor w0#^EiN2lX 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archiveNGr "L+&  
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Well organized and be attentive to details;3GQg53. 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;sTD\g W[ 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English0L4F0?^_2 
• CET-6kf8`i: oo 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) :#9`blLF 
• Bachelor degree KZ/L^>H 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  7z?B!/\5 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferred%#DF7.< t
