• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)AEN%42x 
• Labor contract management for employees# #w{Z8bo 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor VYg\^$J+ 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archivesHnM > 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Good skills working with employee with various background; ]KDk)v#j 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including Englishgik1;l3w

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) QB?D*K}, 
• Bachelor degreejGs!O" 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  ~hxFn5lM 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferredZ,Q,hYox`c
