• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)i *b(QW^  
• Labor contract management for employees)><qRz8Y 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor L yP?+l % 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archive0 ?r:2h 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management 

Education & Experience  [h-s:ip| 
• Well organized and be attentive to details;+Q]CANCe^ 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;#6GWOU{J$5 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English?n|&@eI; 
• CET-6CoK.Ser 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) r~kGgKY 
• Bachelor degree&pS_m-e 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  7M17 v$ 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferredq A1Yv 4"
