KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Project Support(70%-80%)

·   Operation model projects

o    Understand and analyze Pharma business operations to facilitate systems(Concur/Ebuy/Event) design&implementation though data analyze and coordination within Pharma controlling team.

Projects include product tracking solution, IO process set up, accounts simplification,HACATcode vsGL map, controlling approval threshold setting, accrual report design and other related projects.   

o    Support project milestone tracking and presentation slide preparation.

·   SOX/GPS

·   Other finance projects (T&E monitoring, ER rejection rate reduction, MyAED implementation etc)

BU finance support(20%-30%)

·    Perform budget control, financial analysis, budget/forecast process as requested by management and/or self-initiated.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:                                

Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting / Business or relevant

Experience & knowledge:

·   The ideal candidate will have at least 5 yeas related working experience in finance.Related to implementing any of the following: management system launch, orinternal control and process. Possess an in-depth knowledge of management system (Coupa) /SAP is preferred.

· Have worked for multinationals, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.

Management  system&SAP knowledge 

Project management   

Good Oral /  Written English
