KEY RESPONSIBILITIES in bullet points
· Perform Know Your Customer related tasks including but not limited to updating/maintaining KYC procedures to capture most updated KYC polices and regulations, helping on KYC project and audit issues, being the KYC profile reviewer
· Perform ADUFunction in WM processes (Account Opening, Transaction Processing, Suitability Checking, Account Monitoring, etc.)
· Assist BM/China COO in various business management/operation/middle office related tasks including but not limited to process review, system enhancement, UAT and other projects
· Administration role
SELECTION CRITERIA education and skills, languages etc
· University graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience in banking industry, preferably in middle office or operations related areas
· Excellent understanding of Know Your Customer, financial regulatory environment and Anti-money laundering risk implications Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
· Self-starter and a good team player
· Good inter-personal skills
· Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English written and verbal communications
· Strong PC Skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
工作地点:上海市浦东新区世纪大道8号国金中心二期(近2号线陆家嘴地铁站)
薪资福利:月薪8-10K+15天年假,30天带薪病假,补医保,入职体检等等
