Support plant management including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc. HR functional support includes learning and development, programs deployment, talents pipeline and management, employee wellness, Admin and all other aspects of HR generalist activities. Directly reports to the Plant Director, and dot line reports to the HR Director (base in Shanghai).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Responsible for deployment of local and Corporate HR policies
2.Support and coach managers in the areas of talent and performance management
3.Drive employee engagement through employee survey and action planning process
4.Lead HR and organizational key projects to support business objectives
5.Drive the deployment of HR processes and tools while ensuring adherence to Eaton values and philosophy in accordance with Corporate and HYD guidelines
6.Manage the full talent acquisition process including requisition generation, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling & conducting interviews, and on boarding
7.Manage and drive HR system including HR transactions, reporting, and audits to effectively support business and employment decisions
8.Manage employee life cycle processes including on boarding, new hires, and terminations and find ways to improve and streamline the processes
9.Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers including ad-hoc reporting, salary letters, employee relation issues etc…
10.Utilize HR analytical tools (HR balanced scorecard) to drive and support business and employment decisions
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above education background
• Good communication skill and sense of urgency
• Strong learning agility
• At least 5 years HR related work experience in multinational manufacturing companies
• Familiar with local Labor law
