GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for Expat’s relocation service
• Responsible for Expat’s work permit & residence permit application, visa application.
• Work on various payments including deposit transfer and refund, monthly house rent payments, car rents payment, EY service fee payments, etc.
• Foreign visitors’ invitation letters preparation (company invitation letter & official invitation letter)
• Other assignments per the periodical HR projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree, with HR major is preferred
• At least 2 year experience of mobility in a multinational company,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English, both for written and oral
• Basic knowledge of local labor law and regulations
