HR Coordinator
This position should support all HR functions and relevant business departments.
Responsibilities:
· Supporting HRBP team, facilitate HR programs, employee relationship, training and communication.
· Handle daily HR operations to provide an efficient and effective HR service including employee on-boarding, transfer, status change, exit, HR system, contract and documents filing
· Proactively communicate HR policy, process and practices with employees, answer employee query
· Coordinate with internal and external customers. Assist with planning and roll-out of HR programs.
· Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations.
· Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need
Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor degree and above.
· Fluency in English. Skilled at MS office software.
· 2-3 years HR related working experience from multinational companies.
· Good interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills.
· Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality work.
· Able to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced environment.
· Client-service orientated with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
· Good verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.

职位要求:

· 流利的英文,熟练掌握办公软件
· 2-3年跨国公司HR相关工作经验

· 能够维护信息保密和保证高质量的工作成果
· 能够在快节奏的环境里持续积极贡献自己的力量
· 客户服务导向,追求极致客户体验
· 出色的书面和口语沟通能力,注重沟通中的技巧
