1.    Provide daily HR operations service (on & off boarding, employee life cycle management, data management, reporting) to employees, and ensure execution of HR operations processes compliance with adidas policy and local regulatory laws.x*-WC!4: 
2.    Deliver service in a timely manner and/or manage service delivery metrics of third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process.19xxGG[D 
3.    Identify best HR operational practices within the region and support in country implementation.;zNIV^: 
4.    Identifies areas for process improvements.,#7jn~ 

5.    Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
