Function Purpose
Part from the daily operation management, the HR function is expected to play a very important business partner role to the management group. You will work very closely with team to understand the request from the business, identify good initiatives and HR practices to help build up a healthy people environment.
Key stakeholders
Provide HR support to five offices cross China. Including Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangzhou and Chengdu offices.
Report line
You will direct report to Human Resource Manager, China Region.
Major responsibilities
1.HR operation, policy and HR process management
Employee handbook review and make sure communicated to all staff
Manage and update the employee records
Employee record update and filing
Facilitate the process when employee on board, or promotion, or job change, or termination.
Monthly update finance and Regional Directors of the real-time employee data
Internal communication – HR announcement, monthly wrap up etc
Employee Contract CIIC, Employee work Visa management etc.
Chop applications
Manage the employee contracts
2. Recruitment and Employer Branding
Screen CV, arrange interviews, and assist to make the offer letter.
Sourcing new channels to publish the advertise, in order to enlarge the “traffic” of PRC application and resources, with targeted approach
Follow up the 6 month performance of new consultants. Reminds managers of probation review and check the result to decide whether pass probation or not.
Training Facilitate
Orientation Training – company introduction, policy notification,-- the current one has to be further optimized
Help to set up training facilities and arrange the process
Follow up the training results and analysts.
Requirements:
2-3 years + HR working experience in general HR management
Bachelor's degree or above;
Self-motivated, passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth;
Independent but a team player;
Good communication skill & mature interpersonal skills;
Good knowledge and work experience of Chinese labor law and related regulations.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
