岗位职责:
• 独立负责公司业务相关法务，特别是保险、救援业务相关法律事务，确保公司业务及政策符合法律规定，并在法律允许的范围内维护公司利益
• 为公司运作提供法律意见和建议，为相关业务部门提供法律规定的分析和解释，防范和控制风险
• 为公司相关合作项目的提供法律调研、准备法律报告，参与商务谈判并提供法务支持
• 负责各类法律相关文书如合同、保单、协议、对外函件等的起草、审核，特别是救援及保险业务相关法律文件
• 处理管理层要求的其他工作
任职要求:
• 正规院校毕业，本科及以上学历，法学专业；
• 3-5年法律方面实际操作经验
• 通过全国统一司法考试
• 良好的法律逻辑思维能力，能够独立开展工作，分析、处理、应变及解决法律问题
• 熟练操作法律文件的起草、修改及审核，具备扎实的民商法理论功底，熟悉公司合同管理体系和法律风险控制流程
• 最好了解保险领域相关法律法规及政策，相关业务操作流程
• 良好的专业英文书写及口头表达能力，英语听说读写流利，能够胜任全英语工作环境
• 以业务为导向，独立自主的工作态度
Legal & Compliance Officer
Responsibilities:
• Take autonomous responsibilities of business related legal issues, especially focus on insurance business, to ensure organization’s current or proposed activities and policies comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and to protect the organization’s legal and business interests to the best advantages within legal requirement.
• Contribute legal comments and advice to strategic planning and decision making, make legal analysis, interpretation and judgment for company need as well as prevent and control legal risk
• Conduct legal research and provide legal report for business cooperation, and support commercial negotiation
• Draft and review legal documents e.g. contracts, policy wording, agreements, letters etc., especially on assistance and insurance related;
• Deal with any legal affairs as required by management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Law
• 3- 5 years practicing experience in law firm or relative legal area
• PRC certified lawyer
• Good legal sense, working independently and proved abilities of analyzing and solving legal issues
• Professions in civil and commercial law, proficiently draft and review legal documents, acquaint with organization’s contract system and legal risk control
• understanding of the insurance sector-related laws and regulations and policies, related business processes
• Fluency in both spoken and written legal English, adaptability in English environment
• Can do attitude, proactive and business oriented
