2. Engage in regular payroll run and optimize payroll end to end process;
3. Assist manager on team management and drive high performance and productivity, ensure payroll measurement result is green;
4. Lead assigned project and business initiatives that affect payroll through con-work with other function teams;
5. Give guidance to the team on payroll issues in daily work based on professional payroll knowledge and rich payroll experience;
6. Familiar with SAP system is necessary to realize payroll system enhancement;
7. Support manager to hire the right skills at the right level to perform the job with optimal efficiency;
8. Proactively improve client experience by focus on transformation and agile;
9. Properly handle any queries and unexpected scenarios;
