工作职责:
1. Support working out the yearly budget plan focus on labor costs and assist to control the actual costs within the budget.
2. Assist to set up the competitive C&B structure to retain the key talents as well as to maintain the team stable.
3. Optimize and improve C&B policies and plans based on business requirements continually. Periodically review C&B process to ensure HR operation effectiveness and efficiency.
4.Providing appropriate and reliable operational services on C&B matters, such market data analysis, cost analysis, base-pay/variable bonus process, etc.
5.Participate in C&B survey organized by external consulting companies, including job matching, data preparation, data submission, and survey report analysis.
6. Assistance in researching, analyzing, and developing modifications to benefits programs to meet identified objectives and needs for the organization.
7.Gatekeeper to grading system, including grade movement record/tracking, pay structure analysis, etc;
8. Communicate C&B related information to employees; provide guideline and advice to manager if needed.
9. Deploy employee incentive and recognition programs.
任职资格:
1.Bachelor degree, Statistic and data management is preferred
2.More than 3 years C&B Related experience
3.Familiar local government policy and experience about policy producing
4.Open mind and good communication, good team work
5.Able to work independently, self-driven and with good initiatives.
6.Basic English communication skill and Good comprehension in written English.
