主要职责：

1。通过电话、邮件、传真和销售团队的方式，接单，回复客户对产品信息、价格、供货及订单状况等的查询。

2。负责向指定的客户和项目经理提供服务，并及时、细心、负责、主动地为客户提供服务；

3。跨部门的沟通，以促进订单完成过程，确保客户的要求，查询和特殊要求得到及时处理和处理；

4。执行部门经理指派的其他工作。

要求：

1、生物、化学、分析化学、材料及食品相关专业本科以上学历。

2、客户为导向的，细心；出色的沟通能力

2、3至5年的工作经验

3、英语流利，有SAP经验者，项目经验者优先，Office能力良好

Key Responsibility:

1. To reply customer’s inquiries on product information, prices, availability and order status etc. and take orders via phone calls, emails, faxes and sales team.

2. To be responsible for services to designated accounts and account managers, and provide them with services in a timely, careful, responsible and proactive manner;

3. To communicate cross functional teams to facilitate the order fulfilment process and ensure customers’ claims, inquiries and special requirement are addressed and handled properly and timely;

4. To perform other duties assigned by line manager.

5. To handle customer complaints requests and manage complaints in CRM timely

6. To assist with E-order management, make E-orders deliver to customer timely. .

Requirement:

1.   Bachelor Degree majoring in Chemistry, Life Science, Pharmaceutics or related discipline;

2.   Customer oriented, patient and attention to details;

3.   Excellent communication skills both oral and written

4.   3-5 year Experience in customer service function in related industry.

5.   Proficient in English;

6.   Good Microsoft Office skill;  Experience in SAP / CRM is Plus

7.   Project related is preferred.
