Personal Assistant
Main Responsibilities:
1.To assist CEO to handle the daily work efficiently and responsible for travel arrangement for CEO;
2.To prepare special reports, gather and summaries data according to requirements;
3.To be responsible for preparation for the meeting and taking dictation or meeting minutes according to Requirements;
4.To be responsible for document management according to requirements;
5.To be responsible for following up action plans according to requirements;
6.To coordinate the formal visit from customer and governmental authority.
Requirement:
1. associate degree or above;
2. More than 2 years related working experience;
3. Good capability of modifying related working reports and files;
4. Excellent ability of communication and organization, can work under pressure;
5. Be with good temperament and appearance, and minimum height for this adventure is 165cm;
