岗位职责:
1、协调各部门的工作。确保公司高效地完成绩效管理活动;
2、维护和更新数据,确保所有员工数据的正确性;
3、为管理层决策提供强有力的支持,以巩固和深入分析海量数据;
4、协调交叉职能,为公司提供综合报告;
5、协助进行人才培养计划;
任职要求
1、大学本科或以上学历,人力资源或管理专业;
2、2年以上绩效管理或人力资源管理经验;
3、良好的数据分析和统计技能;
4、熟悉中国劳动法;
5、良好的英语口语和书写能力;
6、积极主动,思维开放,具有良好的人际交往能力和协调能力;
Responsibility:
1. Coordinate with all depts. to ensure performance management activities completion assigned by corporate efficiently and effectively;
2. Maintain and update the data to ensure the correctness of all employee data;
3. Provide strong support for management decision based on consolidation and deep analysis of massive data;
4. Coordinate cross functions to provide integrated report for corporate;
5. Assist to proceed the talent development program.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resource or Management etc.;
2. At least 2 years experiences in performance management or talent management with professional HR experience;
3. Good at massive data analysis and with statistic skills;
4. Proficient with China labor law;
5. With good English in both oral and written;
6. Proactive, open-minded, with good interpersonal skills and coordination skills.
