500强大型美资快消公司,招聘专员,主要负责公司内部各个部门岗位招聘,也会参与到公司各种人力资源其他模块的项目
工作内容:
1. Discuss with recruiting managers to understand detail requirement of each position;
与业务部门讨论了解每个职位的具体要求;
2. Pre-screen resumes to identify strong candidates as requested for each position;
预先筛选简历,根据每个职位的要求确定合适的候选人;
3. Conduct first interviews and provide assessment summary to recruiting manager upon recommendation of potential candidates;
进行初面,并向业务部门提供候选人的评估总结;
4. Arrange interviews with recruiting manager by coordinating schedules;
面试流程的协调与安排;
5. Discuss with hiring managers about the interview feedback and adjust the searching strategy if necessary;
与招聘经理讨论面试情况,必要时调整搜索策略;
6. Release offer letters and coordinate for new candidate's on boarding process;
发送录用通知书并办理候选人的入职手续;
7. Communicating to the HR manager for challenges or suggestions that will result in improvements to the sourcing and pipeline recruiting process;
与人力资源经理沟通,提出招聘流程的改善性建议;
8. Build a consistent pipeline network of candidates to support current and future hiring needs and potential growth opportunities;
建立人才库,以支持当前和未来的招聘需求和潜在的发展机会;
任职要求:
-英语听说读写熟练;
-有2年以上中型以上规模外资企业招聘经验,拥有乙方背景的为最佳;
-沟通协调能力佳,热爱人力资源招聘工作。
