Mainly Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, show visitor to the meeting room booked and inform relevant host or secretary of visitor’s arrival,answer telephone calls and take messages
负责对外接待: 包括总机的接听,来访客人的接待
To handle all incoming and outgoing mails, documents; Meeting room and company car booking
文件的收发存: 包括收发信件、报刊杂志及快递。会议室安排及公司车辆预订等
Provide assistance to colleagues in business travel arrangements
辅助支持部分人员的出差安排
Be responsible for stationery ordering, purchase of commodity, beverage.
负责办公室日用消耗品,如文具、餐巾纸、饮品等的采购
Assist on office maintenance and cleaning works, repair service to office equipment include the light、curtain and so on.
部分设备的定期维护、报修和借用保管等
KPI data collection
协助KPI数据收集
Regular expense claim for the office.
定期办公室相关费用申请
Assist on pushing timesheet monthly and holiday balance.
协助督促员工Timesheet的及时提交,以及年末年假的核算
Provide support to company activities when needed
协助行政部组织员工活动
Any other administrative duties as assigned
以及其他交待的行政相关事务
Qualification Requirements:
Diploma degree or above
大专及以上学历
Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist in a multinational company
至少1年以上在跨国公司工作的经验
Good command of English speaking will be preferred
良好的英语口语或书写能力者优先考虑
Good at words, excel & PowerPoint
熟练使用电脑办公相关软件
