· Responsibilities:
o Receive visitors and answer incoming calls and inform officers accordingly.
o Handling incoming and outgoing post/couriers for office and reconcile the relevant bills.
o Ensure that the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy at all times.
o Coordinate the Branch’s cars, drivers as well as office Ayi
o Order office stationery and other supplies and keep good order in supply store
o Support on business travel & accommodation arrangements for all staff in coordination with CWT or other vendors, when applicable
o Responsible for the monthly and quarterly account statement process
o Coordinate and supporting social events of the Branch
o Responsible for negotiating best hotel, car rental corporate rates and services for
DNB in China
o Responsible for subscriptions to magazines & publications and ensure proper circulation
o Responsible for the branch’s vendors and to keep filing & maintenance of the Branch's administrative records
o Supporting the General Manager, including travel arrangements and travel expenses, when applicable
o Be the first point of contact for assisting the administrative tasks for expat assignments at the Branch
o Provide general administration support to staff in the bank and perform other tasks as may be assigned by the GM/DGM manager
· Competence requirements:
o College or University graduation
o Mandarin and English language fluency both oral and written
· Experience:
o 3-5 years relevant experience and/or documented skills from the same or corresponding areas
o Good knowledge of office tools; eg excel, PowerPoint, word
· Personal qualities
o Flexible and service oriented
o Solution oriented and take initiative
o Thorough, with an eye for details
o Good oral and written communication skills
