1.Work with region/branch HRs to drive the implementation of HR key initiatives in field

2.Support Field HRD to review and drive HR operations excellence in branch/region including collecting and analyzing the required data and propose improvement actions

3.Collect region/branch feedback and coordinate with HR COE & SSC for further improvement

4.Participate key HR projects, e.g. the technical school cooperation program

5.Follow the HR & Admin. HC utilization progress with regional HRs

6.Support the HR activities within elevate China org. module scope

7.Other tasks delegated by the supervisor
