Reporting Line: Chief Strategy and BD Officer (interim Head of HR)
Primary Mission:
· A leading player in the company to dedicate to Compensation & Benefits, Performance appraisal and Expat management:
· Align reward system with business goals and group philosophy, enhancing the organization’s ability to attract, incentivize and reward high performing employee
· Design, development, communication, implementation and administration of the organization’s compensation and benefit plans, performance appraisal and award distribution.
· Develop, communicate and administrate the expat mobility program to ensure policy alignment and process integrity
Job Description
Compensation & Benefits:
v Design, evaluate, analyze and modify remuneration strategy, policies and systems under the guidance of the organization remuneration philosophy
v Conduct and analyze market surveys and benchmarks to ascertain the competitiveness of all of entities’ remuneration
v Buildup and maintain the Job Grading System
v Manage different type of payroll employees and contracts (national, local expats)
v Review related payroll and IIT reports for both local staff and expatriate prepared by 3rd party vendors
v Manage benefit programs
Performance Management
v Organize the BU to conduct performance management processes throughout the year around planning, communication and calibration.
v Administer the performance award distribution process
v Evaluate performance rewarding mechanism in line with renumeration strategy and meet business demand
Expatriate Management
v As the focal point of contact for Global Mobility team between Group HR and expatriate agencies in policy and assignment interpretation and coordination (Relocation, IIT)
v Organize administration team and HR operations to provide day to day service to local Expats
HR system and reports
v Ensure employee data maintained in HR system with accuracy
v In charge of all HR reports requested by local authorities /head quarter
v Optimize HR processes and enhance employee experiences
v Other tasks assigned by HR head
Contract Period: 3 years
External Interfaces: Human Resource suppliers, CIIC, Fesco, HRA, Hays, PWC and so on
Experiences:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human resource, Business Administration, or equivalent
Must have 5-7 years C&B experience; 8+ years is well considered
Have experiences in managing multiple type of employment (local expats, nationals etc)
Qualifications
Must have:
• In-depth knowledge in local labor law, regulations regarding compensation and benefit, as well as tax
• Strong knowledge in salary structure and development, benefits and compensation surveys / benchmarking and job evaluation system
• Possess good analytical skills, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information appropriately and well organized
• IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive
Preferred:
• Able act as an advisor to business leaders
• Experience of working with global corporate organizations and in multicultural environments
• Fluent in English, French will be plus
Key Points of position:
此职位汇报给interim Head of HR(法国人,based in Beijing),另目前HR部门有三人:一个HRM(负责招聘,员工活动等),一个OD(负责培训员工发展及组织发展),一个HR Specialist(负责operation)
此职位不带下属,如果有需要,HR Specialist可以支持一部分Admin的工作
Qualifications:
1. 35岁左右或以下,5-7年C&B经验,处理过不同类型的用工方式,包括外籍
2. 需要做过薪酬激励设计, 不仅仅是follow流程
3. 了解Hay or Mercer (or key compensation consulting firm)岗位评估体系
4. 有独立思考分析能力
5. 英文听说读写优秀
6. Hands-on,并具优秀的沟通及解决问题能力
