HR Specialist – MD
Report to:
Senior HR&Admin Manager
General Summary:
Following and executing the work related to HR and Admin based on the company policy, make sure that all the connection is smooth and in good condition with business needs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree with HR Management Major or other relevant Major is better.
2. Minimum 1-3 years working experience in HR filed, especially in staffing and training.
3. With good spoken and written English skills.
4. Good team work player and with initiatives, can work under pressure.
5. Hands-on knowledge and experience in HR staffing and C&B calculation, with good communication and coordination skill.
Responsibilities:
1. For recruitment, arrange interview time and location and communicate with hunters and line manager. Collect hiring position periodically and update organization chart and manning list.
2. Implement process of “check-in” & “check-out”. Manage staffing P-file personally, ensures the personal Information, labor contract and annual leave are within recorded and valid.
3. Make training needs survey and assist to set up training system.
4. Implement company policy and tracking, meanwhile help HR Manager integrate the company HR policy and make sure they are accordance with labor law.
5. Manage holidays, such as annual leave, sick leave, working injury leave. Manage and arrange employees’ physical examination.
6. Collect sales data, calculate bonus, assist to make performance evaluation review.
7. Foreign staff’s work permit and visa issues
8. Other HR and assigned work.
