-Expats salary & benefits tracking and implementation;
-Employee commercial insurance implement, include monthly tracking & update.
- HC control in line with HC controlling standard;
- Support & Implement standard hiring process: legally & professionally, prevent potencial risk if any.
-Quickly settle down employee on board or left related Compensation & benefit management issues.
- Implement & regular modify the management process in case any new related policy applied.
- HC & labor cost report ( Bug, Forecast, actual) delivery on time into system or central or government;
- HR Team monthly or yearly reports delivery;
- Market survey or local or funtional analysis data delivery;
- Update & maintain C&B related HR employee Database.
本科以上学历，一年以上工作经验，熟练使用SAP系统，英文口语流利
