岗位描述
1. Managing monthly payroll & Benefits - Make sure the payroll process aligned with applicable rules and policies. - Maintain payroll system ensuring that data and calculations are accurate.
Take full responsibility of the payroll data collection and review, such as Stock, severance calculation, salary adjustment data, benefits data, attendance record, OT, sales incentive, etc.
Release payment on time.
Review payroll and arrange payment timely.
Maintain and release individual pay slips online timely. - Handle and follow up the unsuccessful transaction of payment efficiently,
Communicate with employees and JPMG bank timely. - Review social benefits reports and arrange payment timely. - Administrate on social benefits transfer, maternity insurance balance calculations and so on.
Operate monthly Long-term savings plan and manage the payments according to vesting schedule.
Make sure all the payroll & benefits related documents are filled properly.
2. Individual Income Tax - Monthly income tax filing and payment on time.
Take full responsibility of Annual individual tax filing data preparing and communications.
Deal with other special income tax issues.
3. Reporting
Work closely with the Finance/GFS team to provide payroll related data for reconciliation.
Prepare annual Social Insurance and Housing Fund base data and documents to agency.
Global host/home country payroll reports on global assignment/secondment.
Prepare other payroll related reports when needed.
4. Customer service
Reply to employees’ inquiries regarding payroll and related.
Issue income certificates and support on tax payment certificates.
Prepare C&B newsletters.
Calculate termination compensation package.
5. Project Management and Payroll Continuous Improvement support
Lead payroll related small project execution.
Continuously support to drive the payroll SOP and payroll efficiency improvement.
Lead the payroll communication to promote payroll knowledge among employees
6. Manage annual Shanghai Re-registration Application and stock option payment.
要求:
Bachelor degree or above with preferable major in HRM Working Experiences
At least 5 years experience in payroll and benefits related field.
Prior experience working in a customer
focused and high volume payroll environment is a must. Working experience in MNC would be preferred.
