职责描述:
1.Support business growth through providing in-time recruitment solution
及时提供招聘解决方案以支持公司业务的增长
2.Manage internal and external recruitment channels/vendors
管理公司内外部招聘渠道/供应商
3.Support HR Sr. Director to review and analyze business request to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, development
协助资深人力资源总监做好回顾和分析业务的需求来辨别趋势和推荐解决方案,从而更好的改善员工绩效、保留人才和人才发展
4. Work closely with management team to ensure effective implementation of HR projects
与管理层紧密合作确保人事项目有效实施
5.Drive HR initiatives such as performance review, employee engagement events etc.
推动人力资源计划,如绩效评估、员工参与活动等
6. Orgnization culture building such as Team Building
建立企业文化,组织员工团队活动
7. Cross function communication and other tasks assigned

任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above,HR related area is preferable
本科及以上学位,人事相关尤佳
At least twelve years of HR experience,5 years in pharmaceuticals industry
12年以上人力资源部门经验,5年医药行业相关经验
Proven experience in developing strong relationships and in successfully in-terfacing and negotiating with all organizational levels.
较强的谈判能力和沟通技巧
Fluent in speaking & written English
流利的口语和书面英语
Good in Word\Excel\PPT
熟练使用Word\Excel\PPT软件
