Job Responsibilities
1. Provide all-round HR functions include but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations
2. Lead, manage and supervise the HR teams in PRC Establish tactical HR process control systems and manage KPI projects
3. Formulate, review and implement incentive schemes
4. Review and integrate existing HR policies
5. Conduct various salary& benefit surveys to keep abreast of market practices and latest trend for management attention.
6. Handle in various projects and ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree holder in HR or other related disciplines
2. At least 10 years of human resources experience, over 3 years experience in HR management position, ideally gained with established MNC/ foreign companies
3. Well versed with Labour Law of the PRC. Be flexible and adaptable to different management style and company culture
4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
5. Good problem-solving and organization skills
6. Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
7. Proficient in MS office - word, excel and power point.
