Job description:
· Engage in full circle of recruitment activity, including job posting, CV searching and screening, interview and etc..
· Support to interact with recruitment agency to get the best candidate in timely manner
· Proceed on boarding and off boarding, payment and other administrative work in HR Department
· Assist to keep HR system up to date
· Assist to manage HR provider to provide best service to employees
· Deals with routine queries from employees in the first instance. Assist employees with administrative requests and questions in a timely manner.
Profile required:
· Bachelor degree
· Good command of English and Mandarin
· At least one year experience of recruitment
· Good communication/coordinating skill
· Willing to focus on details and fast action
· Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, willing to learn and work hard
