Senior account manager
Responsibilities
l Excellent track record and success in complex sales processes.
l Strong ability to communicate with all organization levels, including customers' engineering teams, but especially top management within our customers' organizations.
l Good communication skill in English and Chinese
Requirements
l Experience in an international business environment working in a matrix organization
l Ability to work in a team consisting of persons with different backgrounds and functional responsibilities.
l Technically competent with adept knowledge of embedded software delivery projects and Internet technologies.
Ideals (one or more)
l Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Business and/or Engineering.
l At least 5 years' experience covering Sales/Business Development activities involving telecom operators, Internet providers, OEMs or embedded software.
l A fast-moving individual, eager to win business and deliver results.
l A team player, creative and self-motivated.
l Interested in working in a fast-moving technical environment taking on new challenges.
l Able to travel frequently within China
l Dedicated, with a strong focus on goals and targets.
l Able to work in unstructured environments and, therefore, has the ability to take ownership of projects.
