Be accountable to fulfill responsible business unit's hiring with quality by required time line

Understand business resource plan and recruiting requirement

Define target recruitment group and appropriate sourcing channels

Promote job opportunities

Screen CVs and conduct initiatory interview

Advise management team on recruitment guideline, offering proposal

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

Leading university graduates with bachelor degree;

2+ years recruitment experience in IT/ Software industry;

Proficient communication skills both in Chinese and English;

Analytical thinking, reliable work quality, proactive working style, good team player

Software application development technical knowledge and experience is preferable
