A degree in Accountancy and at least 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience·
Good interpersonal skills ·
Meticulous and good attention to detail·
Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. ·
Experience of working with SAP would be an advantage
The ideal candidate will posses the following key criteria; The main responsibilities for this position are detailed below;
工作职责
1) Matter Management· Manage billings, assist in checking billing guide
and bill calculation, prepare draft bills, post final bills, check and
file client facing bills and issue PRC Fapiao.· Monitor Debtors,
generate debtors report, work with matter manager in chasing debtors,
including preparing and sending reminders as well as contacting clients
directly when necessary.· Prepare billing related reports· Assist in
Shanghai and Hong Kong’s billing related work, when necessary.
2) Shared Services Coordinator· Compile payment order forms and staff reimbursement forms for processing;Inform and provide support for changes in fixed assets;Arrange for an annual fixed assets verification;· Make and obtained appropriate authoriser for any payments via local bank;· Keep and handle petty cash of Beijing Office. 3) Tax Filings· Process on-line tax filing for business tax, corporate income tax and individual income tax and make actual tax payment. 4) Payroll· Maintain payroll information for both expatriates and local staff.
