External Job Description
- ·Initiate posting, sourcing, recruiting for variable HC to meet peak-time and non-peak time needs.
- Build up and maintain associates recruiting channel
- HR vendor searching and management
- Integrated HR service to Kunshan FC associate
- Maintain a smooth communication channel in FC at all levels
- Organize FC associates activities, strengthen employee relationship
- Implement and communicate policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees, make sure all HR policies are up-to date and in compliance
- Focal contact person for local government
- In charge of Ops HR reports including but not limited to: hiring and attrition reports etc. as per request for the company and labor authorities
- Participate in other HR related projects as assigned
· Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of directly applicable HR experience in manufacturing or logistics industry
- Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting is required
- Strong skill of MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor law & know how employment contract operated, reduce labor dispute, etc

Knowledge of recruitment skills - channel development, job center management for junior labor market
Good communication skills & need to work within all levels in FC and outside outsourcing companies
Strong creativity on employee activities
Well organized, data-sensitive, pro-active, self starter and good team-player with demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams at all levels
