 External Job Description

  • ·Initiate posting, sourcing, recruiting for variable HC to meet peak-time and non-peak time needs.
  • Build up and maintain associates recruiting channel
  • HR vendor searching and management
  • Integrated HR service to Kunshan FC associate
  • Maintain a smooth communication channel in FC at all levels
  • Organize FC associates activities, strengthen employee relationship
  • Implement and communicate policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees, make sure all HR policies are up-to date and in compliance
  • Focal contact person for local government
  • In charge of Ops HR reports including but not limited to: hiring and attrition reports etc. as per request for the company and labor authorities
  • Participate in other HR related projects as assigned

·  Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of directly applicable HR experience in manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting is required
  • Strong skill of MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law & know how employment contract operated, reduce labor dispute, etc
