Job Description:
The CSCC (China Security Control Center) officer is responsible for monitoring the alarms from physical security system of CN FCs/HQ/CSs and leading the team to investigate and respond the alarms properly and rapidly. He/she is to effectively communicate with both GSCC (Global Security Control Center) in U.S. and local LP/security officers to ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirement is always met.
Detailed responsibility descriptions are listed below:
As a shift officer, monitor the physical security system 7*24 hours and 365 days a year.
Properly respond on any alarms of access control, intrusion and other physical security systems.
Contact local FC security duty officers/guards to investigate and respond on any alarms.
Acknowledge alarms, record and report the response.
Answer GSCC calls if any. Communicate with GSCC to report the response.
Prepare and provide periodic reports based on the data gathered from both each site and security system.
Develop and implement maintenance and testing schedules for each site. Provide guidance and assistance for LP team as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Fluent English speaking, writing and reading. Especially verbal communication with English-native speakers in English.
Essential skill of communications (verbal and written)
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office
Be flexible to shift work (in weekends, holidays and at night)
Ability to handle confidential information
Interact and consult with all levels of customers
Strong responsibility and execution ability
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge on security system (hardware and software)
Work experiences in MNC
Bachelor degree or above
