3. Purchasing: incl. stationery, Catering, Business card \J^"!@:c 
4. Office maintenance incl. Meeting room facilities, regular fixing, layout changing,etc. 17F*Y + 
5. Office Renovation: incl. work station installing, Storage management, and other space renovation, etc. Cw6v  - 
6. House keeping and Ayi Management 2.cHFA_~ 
7. Relation ship with the landlord incl Ayi for toilet, project permission Application ,mailing, etc H>F>8u51 
8. Office Content Insurance ToW%($s[?

2.  Bachelor degree or above n tK)b!$ 
3.  Good Communication Skills, service minded and team spirit L'*F27!5
