1. Telephone swithchboard, incoming and outgoing Fax and Mails handling &I+J~`D 
2. Visitor Control _1ud>kVA 
3. Purchasing: incl. stationery, Catering, Business card `# Zm, 
4. Office maintenance incl. Meeting room facilities, regular fixing, layout changing,etc. 2nd GtP 
5. Office Renovation: incl. work station installing, Storage management, and other space renovation, etc. ,C|xNQE d 
6. House keeping and Ayi Management vU > ?n*5 
7. Relation ship with the landlord incl Ayi for toilet, project permission Application ,mailing, etc $(@SM9avd` 
8. Office Content Insurance p`0X0kDNQ

Qualifications: ajQ@Pt* 
1.  Female a|"7T3 : 
2.  Bachelor degree or above jR,X5; # 
3.  Good Communication Skills, service minded and team spirit obLCJha 
4.  Good Computer skills especially in Microsoft Office 'AYf0nR 
5.  Good at English both in written and spoken U7@-/M\e]_
