Responsibilities:
1. Telephone swithchboard, incoming and outgoing Fax and Mails handling
2. Visitor Control
3. Purchasing: incl. stationery, Catering, Business card
4. Office maintenance incl. Meeting room facilities, regular fixing, layout changing,etc.
5. Office Renovation: incl. work station installing, Storage management, and other space renovation, etc.
6. House keeping and Ayi Management
7. Relation ship with the landlord incl Ayi for toilet, project permission Application ,mailing, etc
8. Office Content Insurance
