3. Purchasing: incl. stationery, Catering, Business card `' }cs 
4. Office maintenance incl. Meeting room facilities, regular fixing, layout changing,etc. 5c' K b 
5. Office Renovation: incl. work station installing, Storage management, and other space renovation, etc. 9hC;:t4 
6. House keeping and Ayi Management 5V.4AiW 
7. Relation ship with the landlord incl Ayi for toilet, project permission Application ,mailing, etc =B*n 
8. Office Content Insurance 7KfB^"&9

Qualifications: (E~P#j$y, 
1.  Female MvIgl_Qj 
2.  Bachelor degree or above >v'cK=|M| 
3.  Good Communication Skills, service minded and team spirit Xed{8@yiq7 
4.  Good Computer skills especially in Microsoft Office F='Z/'4 
5.  Good at English both in written and spoken ;(kd0$^
