·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;#E3~^Uc 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;11\<}V: 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities; @Mb

·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;[ Lq`^u/r 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. b\ .H.7i

Key Requirements:vG}{8T3 
·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;(0(4`&OR 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;QB~,>!dUH 
·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. EwVIFtc# 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;z/}UEz<| 
·         A creative thinker and a high achiever, with the ability to work independently;-~7Aa|
