*Hiring strategies making and candidates pool building.UX&]DS  
*Hiring agency management and searching. N2LJJ 
*Control on-board, exit process, associates hiring and training activities.nuu> Lk:a2 
*Employee communication, retention, employee complains feedback and employee activities organizing.E*,p; `n 
*P-File and labor contract management.G6<!Y9nQ 
*HRIS maintenance, ensure data in company Peopleportal correct and update in time.\f7o~Nu\; 
*Prepare weekly, monthly, annual HRM report and update org chart.:0J-XkV 
*Participate in HR related projects and other assigned temporary task.

Basic Qualifications:dG*tW

-University degree or above, major in human resources in a plus.Td"X= wV 
-Can work under high pressure and fast growing environment.<e~KI/9(+ 
-Service oriented, excellent communication skills._pH$$r)1L 
-Very familiar with Labor law and all related policies. >l`@9BzX 
-Excellent Excel and MS office skills. O?<^QPnM

-Good English skills both in speaking and writing.

Preferred Qualifications:$d\'1Z" 
The candidate will have at least 5+ years experiences in HR related work. Ideally in fast-paced, multi-national logistic, express or manufacturing industry and operators hiring、be Good at salary welfare  and management experience is a plus.
