*Hiring strategies making and candidates pool building. \9~9[M 
*Hiring agency management and searching.  u;(  
*Control on-board, exit process, associates hiring and training activities.=o$8CC_N< 
*Employee communication, retention, employee complains feedback and employee activities organizing.$e }OHe7 
*P-File and labor contract management.K)8;  Fv 
*HRIS maintenance, ensure data in company Peopleportal correct and update in time.W0mdx>/ 
*Prepare weekly, monthly, annual HRM report and update org chart.^^-un3yOE 
*Participate in HR related projects and other assigned temporary task.

Basic Qualifications:trT/K^ade} 
-University degree or above, major in human resources in a plus.y?Ey6D+7` 
-Can work under high pressure and fast growing environment.xJsmYf:e 
-Service oriented, excellent communication skills.UIS`w.e> 
-Very familiar with Labor law and all related policies.0

-Excellent Excel and MS office skills. 9I(:PwG 
-Team player, responsible and patient personality. }hj*WD_ 
-Good English skills both in speaking and writing.

Preferred Qualifications: z^Kj[a 
The candidate will have at least 5+ years experiences in HR related work. Ideally in fast-paced, multi-national logistic, express or manufacturing industry and operators hiring、be Good at salary welfare  and management experience is a plus.
