*Hiring agency management and searching. Nd=%h2M 
*Control on-board, exit process, associates hiring and training activities.NB;TrRqM3 
*Employee communication, retention, employee complains feedback and employee activities organizing.(r&|I>x= 
*P-File and labor contract management.IW

*HRIS maintenance, ensure data in company Peopleportal correct and update in time.918O:$9N 
*Prepare weekly, monthly, annual HRM report and update org chart.fs{}j VKl 
*Participate in HR related projects and other assigned temporary task.

Basic Qualifications:vsJg7$ 
-University degree or above, major in human resources in a plus.s#6]G/ 
-Can work under high pressure and fast growing environment.f> -USh%8 
-Service oriented, excellent communication skills.@ DWqytgP 
-Very familiar with Labor law and all related policies.%(G],u 
-Excellent Excel and MS office skills. <Y-W) 
-Team player, responsible and patient personality. P R{S<2 
-Good English skills both in speaking and writing.

Preferred Qualifications:n|1uJ78O 
The candidate will have at least 5+ years experiences in HR related work. Ideally in fast-paced, multi-national logistic, express or manufacturing industry and operators hiring、be Good at salary welfare  and management experience is a plus.
