Responsibilities:
C&B and Social Insurance management
ü Handle monthly temp staff payroll and C&B on time.
ü Calculate temp staff overtime, IIT, sick leaving and annul bonus.
ü Be responsible for paying temp staff salary procedure.
ü Processing temp staff on-boarding and demission.
ü Draft and manage temp staff employment contract.
ü In charge of manage staff social insurance process and update, modification with change.
ü Prepare monthly temp staff expense invoice to client and purchase outstanding payments.
ü Collect monthly sales report to headquarter.
ü Update temp staff situation included salary, benefit, sick leaving and overtime.
ü Manage commercial insurance and claim.
ü Communicate and coordinate with Shanghai office colleague to process internal invoice.
ü Communicate and process social insurance procedure with outsourcing company
Recruiting
ü Searching CV according to JD
ü Contact candidates by phone and mail, discuss the job details.
ü Interview with candidates
ü Make profile, comment candidates
ü Communicate with client
Assistant Case: Wintel Administrator; ClearCase; Sales Engineer (Networking); Junior IT Security Officer.
Office Admin
ü Make profile and in put CV on system.
ü Casher duties and issue government invoice, bank statement, remittance,PR and PO.
ü In charge of government invoice authorization procedure.
ü In charge of PC maintenance and communicate with IT manager
ü Purchasing stationery.
ü Assist branch manager, search potential CV, arrange interview etc.
ü Manage business contract and payments
ü Collect and make annual sales report to manager.
ü In charge of Human resources permit and Industry and commerce license annual inspection.
ü Booking air ticket, hotel.
