Title: Recruiter (Contractor)

Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitate process of sourcing candidates for positions within the R&D field under the guidance of Recruiter.
- Accountable for the entire recruitment management and efficiency from requisition clarification, hiring or customer engagement, candidates sourcing and short list, reference check etc.
- Use your own networks, headhunting, proactive sourcing skills and mining the proprietary recruiting database to identify the best talent for the business group.
- To engage with recruiters to better understand fully the role or business that you are sourcing for.
- Typically presents qualified candidates to recruiters and makes recommendations based on applicant's technical competencies, skills and experience and organizational fit;
- Screening the CV's and via the phone interview for evaluating the candidates for availability and suitability and send shortlist to the recruiter for review for each vacancy.
- Prepare and coordinate sourcing activities: job posting, advertising, search firms, employee referrals
- Manage the candidates, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews
- Use your market knowledge and sourcing skills to engage with active and non-active applications.
- Management and maintain the recruitment system – Taleo.
- Run the recruitment report as monthly basis.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in recruitment, especially in the R&D field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English level
- Proactive, result-driven and customer-oriented
- Independent, reliable and can work under pressure
- Head hunter experience is a big plus.
