Marketing Coordinator
Beijing
An exciting opportunity exists in our Marketing department.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with:
• At least 2 years of related work experience;
• A bachelor in English literature, language, journalism, communication or a related
discipline, preferably obtained from an English speaking country;
• Excellent Chinese and English language skills, both spoken and written;
• Good communication skills;
• Attention to detail and work well under pressure and tight deadlines;
• The mentality of a team player who is committed, flexible and enthusiastic; and
• Expertise in working in the Microsoft suite of products as well as marketing and
other databases.
Working experience in marketing or business development function of a professional
services firm is helpful but not mandatory.
You will be expected to
• Prepare client specific language capability statements, proposals and
presentations to clients;
• Maintain and update the firm’s Chinese website;
• Maintain, update and translate Chinese language client development materials;
• Assist in organizing marketing activities for the China offices;
• Conduct research and analysis;
• Create, maintain and update China related business development and marketing
database;
• Prepare press releases in Chinese;
• Manage the compilation, production and dissemination of any workflow bulletins;
and
• Update and maintain a comprehensive deal list.
