Finance Analyst
Responsibilities:
Provides standard to moderately complex financial support that is either transactional or analytical for a financial function or a business.
o Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to actively ensure basic financial analysis needs are met.
o Handles moderately complex business issues on a routine basis.
o Provides analytic support to business initiatives.
o Develops a deeper understanding of HPos financial processes and a detailed knowledge of the business.
o Ability to influence a particular cost center within a business, typically interacting with managers.
Education and Experience Required:
o First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
o 3+ years above experience as a financial analyst.
o May have experience in more than one finance function.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
o Fluent Japanese speaking & writing with basic English speaking & writing, basic
o Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.
o Good analytical skills.
o Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
o Good communication skills.
o Good teamwork skills.
