KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES—Receptionist
· Answer receiving phones, take and pass on messages to expedite a response.
· Organize mail in/out both from internal and external to ensure all the correspondence under security processing
· Receive, welcomes, books and refers all the visitors to relevant individual or department;
· Administer routine transportation arrangements according to actual needs from each function, and handle appropriate records
· Travel arrangement for office staff in terms of air ticket & train ticket booking, hotel room reservation, taxi booking etc.;
· Meeting room organization (maintains conference rooms schedule, sets the table, air conditioner, projector etc.);
· Orders water and ensures office stationeries supply (keep records, arrange office stationary warehouse and payments);
· Secretarial work in the office including printing, copying, filing;
· Monitoring office cleaning ladies and other duties as per assigned;
· Assist to organize the company event and staff recreation activities.
· Check reimbursement and settle relative payment.
· In charge of cashier work for finance department.
· Assist in HR related works; including coordinating interviews, keeping HR related record, etc.
QUALIFICATION
· Diploma or above degree.
· Over 1 year experience in reception and cashier area.
· Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
· Have a high sense of accountability and team work.
· Good communication, interpersonal skills and good service attitude, honest and responsible, elegant appearance and good manner.
· Good computer skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and IE).
