Job Responsibilities
●Assistant to GM & Sales manager to plan, organize and execute sales activities in China;
●Maximize sales for full range of company product lines, following up upcoming orders;
●Actively seek new customers and new business opportunity in China;
●Keep long-term customer satisfaction and push customers’ loyalty
●Market research, organize exhibitions, seminars etc.
●Cultivate good business relationships with existing customers
●Provide sales supports to sales team,
Minimum Requirements
●Bachelor Degree or equivalent, Technical Background (pref. in agricultural machinery field)
●More than 3 years experience in sales, preferably in machinery business or related fields
●Distinct capability in management and self-organization, Self-Motivating and good in convincing the others;
●Strong in negotiations, powerful in finalizing sales transactions
●Creativity is needed on daily work, having ideas and the drive to accomplish this ideas
●Good human relationship, team work spirit
●Excellent skills in English
●Familiar with computer and Microsoft Office Tools
●Willing to travel as required
location: BeiJing / start with RMB8,000 per month
