客服专员(Service Specialist)-EF

Roles and responsibilities:
Create and maintain a happy and welcoming environment for student and prospects
Help students plan and review study progress according to EF’s learning approach
Follow up and keep students informed and updated on changes within the center
Collect student feedback and cooperate with relevant colleagues to promptly solve issues
Maintain general center cleanliness and discipline.
Liaise with Course Consultants with regard to potential course extension, renewals and referral follow-up
Support other center functional teams when needed
Perform administrative duties as required 
Assist with Center projects as needed

核心要求:
本科以上学历,英文听说读写能力良好;
乐于沟通,善于交流,开朗自信;
具备团队合作精神,良好的服务意识并能够承受较强的工作压力
对待工作有责任心,学习能力强
1年或以上教育培训客户服务等相关工作经验优先
Career plan:
This is a position for people who want to develop customer service delivery skills both internally and externally. In this job, people will be able to improve communication skills both in Chinese and English. People in this position will be able to work in a multinational environment and interact with people from different culture and backgrounds.
