Experience
- Minimum 15 years overall experience in Talent Development with proven results of talent development for both middle and senior management.
- Must have experience of designing, creating, implementing and measuring Talent Development programs for the entire organization and then measuring results of the program.
- Must have knowledge and experience of managing a Learning Department and designing KPIs for the same.
- Must have knowledge and experience of managing a Recruiting Department and designing KPIs for the same.
- Experience in managing/leading/coaching a team of Learning & Recruiting consultants.
- Must be well versed in a number of training programs such as TTT, Technical, Non- Technical, Leadership, Customer Service, Cross-Cultural and Behavioral training. Must have experience of designing content and delivering these programs in the English language.
- Must have experience of rolling out training programs in multiple countries and managing the learning needs of different countries/nationalities.
Education
- Bachelors or Masters in Science and or Arts

- Flexible to accommodate extensive travel within China as well as overseas (both short or long term as per the business needs) 15%-20% of the travel will be to Chennai, India – where our office is located.

- Above 38 years of age

- Fluency in Mandarin

Job Competencies
- Responsible for the Talent Development for the entire company spread across 9 countries including China, India, Taiwan, Italy, Argentina, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia and Poland.
- Strategic Planning: staffing, appraisals, promotions, training, employee grievances, and setting up new process and procedures.
- Must be capable of learning & understanding Impactiva’s working processes and procedures
- Ensure that top talent in the company gets identified and then groomed for a Leadership role.
- Teach-Coach-Mentor all Team Members on improving their technical and behavioral skills so that they can advance to the next level.
- Quality: define the BU Quality Key Performance Indicators for Learning and Recruitment

- Expected to suggest ways on how to broaden the depth/breadth of Impactiva’s learning and recruiting strategies

- Based in Dongguan, China
- 3 year contract
- 2 year non-compete contract and confidentiality contract
