Responsibilities:
· Handle client orders and feedback to client on order status and queries 接收客户订单并及时对订单状况及客户疑问进行反馈
· Provide verification results to client with detailed updates 按时向客户提供调查结果并做详尽更新
· Ensure report quality and client satisfaction, meet service level as per client requirement 保证报告质量以及客户的满意度,达到客户要求的服务标准
· Build a long and trust relationship with client through communications 通过与客户的沟通,与客户建立持久的、可信任关系
· Regularly report client status to Account Manager and supervisor and provide service performance report 定期向Account Manager及上级主管经理汇报客户活动,提供业绩报告
· Timely issue invoices to client and handle outstanding payment collection 按时与客户进行结算并处理未结账款的催缴
· Provide monthly revenue forecast 提供月度营收预测数据
· Monitor all orders status and drive support teams to complete their respective tasks as soon as possible监控所有订单状态并推动后续团队完成各自工作内容
· Timely and accurately complete any tasks required by supervisor按时并准确完成主管经理要求完成的工作
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor Degree.
§ Client management experience in information consulting industry or foreign enterprise
§ Excellent interpersonal skills
§ Attention to details
§ Positive attitude toward pressure
§ Ability to work within time constraints
§ Must possess strong work ethic and excellent client service skills to ensure effective, responsive client interaction (internal and external).
§ 2 years+ working experience
§ Excellent English written communication skills.
§ Must be confident, highly efficient, and self-motivated.
§ Must be responsible and work well independently, as well as in a team environment.
Desired Skills:
§ Fluency in English verbal communication
§ Strong organizing skills
§ PC proficiency, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
