We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys an operational role and does not mind taking on the day to day administration that goes along with supporting a very busy HR department. The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidance and support across China. Operating as an HRBP you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with legislative and audit requirements in conjunction with global requirements.

岗位职责: 
•Provide HR guidance and advice to line managers on HR policy and procedures, balancing commercial needs with best practice 
•Support about 500 employees across China 10+ cities by the end of Y2014.  The employee number will be increased to around 800-1000 across 20+ cities in Y2015. 
•Will lead a team including 3-4 regional HRBPs in Y2015. 
•Support Head of China to establish China HR policy, process and program. 
•Could play the leader’s role for key HR projects. 
•Review and update employee handbook. 
•Provide expertise on employment relations and employment law issue, handle employee termination, disciplinary actions and performance improvement actions by working together with business managers. 
•Lead and organize new employees orientation training. 
•Provide compensation, benefit and training suggestions to relevant Corporate HR team, implement corporate policy and practice locally. 
•First point of contact for all day to day HR queries ensuring all queries are dealt with in line with relevant legislation and internal policies 
•Manage the daily HR activities. 
•Responsible for on-boarding to ensure new hires are provided the appropriate information for a successful on-boarding 
•Ensure new hires & leavers administration is carried out and provide external references as required 
•Provide support and/or participate as a project member on HR initiatives as assigned.

•8 – 10 years HR experience gained from large sized and fast growing MNCs. 
•Strong generalist HR experience is essential for this role, preferably from a Hi-Tech, high-end retail or multi-disciplines management environment 
•Good working knowledge of China employment law and HR best practice 
•HR degree or relevant other qualifications or in a preference or equivalent experience 
•Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions 
•Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company 
•Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines 
•Fluent English and Chinese are required for this role.
