Responsibility:
1.Assist to develop recruiting plan and recruiting policy based on the company's target and strategy ;
2.Daily management for recruiting (conducting interview and review candidates);
3.Buildup talent resource pool and continuously deep develop recruiting channel ;
4.Responsible for resumes screening and interview arrangement ;
5.Closely communicate with business department and provide recruiting related suggestion;
6.Responsible for the offer talk and on boarding issues;
7.Generating recruiting analysis report;
8.Managing recruiting vendor;
9.Ad-hoc HR project;
Requirements:
1.Bachelor above degree and HR related major.At least two years working MNC experience or HR Agency experience
2.Familiar with all kind of recruiting channel , good interview and communication skill
3.Team work
4.Good command of both oral and written English
